Why aren't my leads going through to my CRM?

If your leads are not going through your CRM, there may be something wrong with your set up.

The most common error we see here is that the Lead List hasn’t been set up correctly. Please ensure that the CRM attributes are correct, the left hand side contains the CRM Field IDs (i.e. what appears in your CRM such as ‘FirstName’ or ‘Email’), the right hand side contains the Facebook Lead Form Field IDs (i.e. the name of the field in your Facebook form, such as '{first_name}' or '{email}’). Remember that the attributes that come from Facebook by default are in lower case.
