Everything you need to know to get started with Audience Sync

To help you nurture and convert your leads, Driftrock Audiences keeps customer segments in constant sync with Facebook, Google and LinkedIn custom audiences. 

This means you can target, exclude and find lookalikes of customers from campaigns

Automated audiences is a safe and scalable approach. It will help you protect privacy and stay compliant by removing records if people unsubscribe from marketing communications. 

How to set up Driftrock Audiences?

1. Login or Sign up to your Driftrock account

2. Select audiences (audience nurturing) from the left-hand navigation bar.

3. Click on the setup new sync button

4. Fill in the details

- Give your audience a name

- Select the source (CRM, Database, etc)

- Choose the customer segment

- Choose the destination to sync the data (Facebook, LinkedIn or Google)

- Choose the frequency to sync the data (3 hours, every day or every week). We recommend weekly for Lookalikes and 3-hourly for exclusions and targeting.

5. Click on save! Within 10 mins or so (depending on your audience size), you can start using your audience.
