What are Segment Insights?

In days gone by, marketing teams will traditionally export lead lists and analyse them on spreadsheets. In order to gain insights into the type of leads that have entered their business, they'd have to scroll through endless names to determine which leads were high quality, and which weren't. Driftrock Segment Insights allows marketers to do so at the click of a button. You can breakdown your segments by any metric you choose: Job Title, Source, Company Name, Industry, Campaign Name etc.

How do I work Segment Insights?

• Click on 'Segments' on the left-hand side.
• Click on the saved segment that you would like to gain insights from.
• Click on Segment Insights, which is the 'Pie Chart' button, second from top.
• Choose how you would like to breakdown that segment from the drop-down menu on the right-hand side.
